We are looking for an investor for two options a total buy out or JV partnership that we are willing to sell 74% and us taking the 26%. this is however a green-field project that we have a prospecting permit for, it's a 2501.18 hector farm with Chrome, Platinum & Vanadium. If this interests you please let me know, I would like to start off with this farm as there are other farms with Iron Ore & Coal, Chrome that we can work on and as I said all these farms are green fields. I have been give authority / mandate to sell and to negotiate on behalf of the owner, and we have our agreement in place. I have in my possession a copy of the prospecting permit, also the exploration report, environmental plan,& area map.
