For inquiries nr.1,2,3 buyers are public sector companies (own state national co.,s) whom are only buyer through public tenders and must issue banking letters of guaranty as Bidbond (2%) and Performance bond (10%) , both are refundable .
For inquiries nr.4 & 5 :they are direct orders (not tenders) but prices must under cut India prices and payment is by L/C or D/P .
