KING-TAN Tantalum Industry Co., Ltd, originally known as GUI-FAMILY Tantalum-Niobium Ltd., was founded in 2002. KING-TAN has five Ta & Nb’s production lines and covers an area of more than 46,000 square meters with a USD 5 million registered capital and USD 13.5 million total asset at present. KING-TAN can supply 100MT high-pure and ultra-high-pure Nb2O5, 100MT common Nb2O5, 30MT high-pure and ultra-high pure Ta2O5, 100MT common Ta2O5, 30MT TaC, 300MT K2TaK7, 300MT Fe-Nb. KING-TAN can also supply various specification superfines Ta2O5, Nb2O5 and carbide, and ferroalloy such as molybdneum, vanadium, silicon, etc.
As a member of T.I.C, KING-TAN has been authorized by ISO9001 QUALITIY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION in 2003 and obtained the autonomous management of import &export authority by Municipal Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation in 2004. GUI-FAMILY Tantalum-Niobium East Africa Ltd and KING-TAN Tantalum Industry East Africa Ltd, wholly owned by KING-TAN has the authority of exploring, exploiting and exporting tantalum, niobium and rare metal mineral resource in Ethiopia.
