- In 1992, Daye was established in the name of "Linghai Daye Chengguang Aluminum Powder Plant".
- In 1995, Linghai Daye Ferroalloy Plant started to operate; first ferroalloy product is FeV, 50% grade.
- In 1996, Daye started to produce FeTi 30% grade and FeW 70% grade.
- In 2000, Daye was granted ISO9001:2000
- In 2005, Daye finalized Environment Protection System and approved by EPA office.
- In 2006, Daye Purchased a new plant in Huludao city, and started Titanium Sponge Plant plus TiCl4, with 1000mts and 5000mts capacity respectively.
- In August, 2006, KDF was established, a joint venture with Kohsei Co., Ltd. The new company will concentrate on the direction of All Ti business.
