Every respected Chinese Manganese Ore Trading Company and Fello-Alloy Factory, My name is Bill, Chinese name is QiuJun, and I’m from Jiangsu All Praise Int’l Trading CO,.LTD. I represent my company to write this letter to warn all of Chinese Buyers avoiding cheat in South Africa. The company is named Sizisa Trading, and the seller called Zim. At first, Zim promised to offer us 1500 MT Zambia Mn Ore, the grade is 50%, and the price is 5.25$DMTU. Due to his promise and the good price, we decided to make contract and issued the L/C. By the way, he didn’t issue PB. We signed the contract on Sep.20, and issued the L/C on Sep.29, he promised the cargo was in the warehouse at Durban Port and he would load them before Oct.20. However, he even didn’t confirm the date of the vessel, No. of B/L and the voyage when it came to Oct.20. Then, he told us the cargo was still in Zambia, and because of the heavy rain, the cargo couldn’t be send out. He begged us to give him more days to do the shipping. We really want to import this cargo and establish business relationship with him, so we gave him 20 more days. But finally, he still had no news about the shipment, and we even couldn’t get in touch with him. On Oct.11, my manager went to South Africa to exploit the market there, and the local Miner said this company and this person didn’t have the real ability to supply Mn ore. He just heard there had this kind of Mn ore in South Africa and then put the news at the FelloAlloyNet. His company only has 5 persons. Finally, we decided to ask him to cancel the L/C. He did this very soon and efficiently. We are very disappointed with this business and lose 33,000yuan (the cost of issue the L/C). So we decide to write this letter to warn every Chinese buyer who are willing to do business with this campany. Thank you! Regards! Bill
